Do I need to pay to use Handshake?
Handshake does charges a small transaction fee for using the platform. By default this is charged to your designer, making the platform free to use in this situation.
However, we offer flexibility. If both you and your ID agree, the fee can be shared or paid fully by either party, depending on what works best for your arrangement.
Handshake does not charge any setup or subscription fees for homeowners nor are there any hidden fees.
